By accessing or using Timeslot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Timeslot provides a scheduling and time management platform that enables users to coordinate calendars, manage team schedules, and streamline meeting coordination for business and personal use.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information as needed

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission

Team and Organization Accounts

When using team features:

  • Team owners and admins have control over team settings and data
  • Members agree to share information within the team context
  • Team owners are responsible for managing member access and permissions
  • Removing a user from a team may result in loss of access to team data

Calendar Integrations

When you connect third-party calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.), you grant us permission to access your calendar data as necessary to provide the Service. You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Timeslot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Request from law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMESLOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timeslot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Timeslot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
